• Purchase Period: 17th September, 2024 2:00 PM CET – 22th September, 2024 11:59 PM CET

• How To Join: Purchase (FANSIGN EVENT FRANKFURT) LUN8 – AWAKENING – 3rd Mini Album on kidol.de (Germany) or heyhallyu.com (Netherlands) to get a chance to win one access to the signing

• Winner List Reveal: Announcement via the K Idol & Hey!Hallyu accounts on Instagram and X on the 24th September 2024 at 2pm

• Winners will receive their album at the Fansign, others will be shipped the week after the Fansign

PURCHASING NOTICE

In order to participate in the event, participants must agree to all terms and conditions (order cancellation, refund, delivery schedule, etc.). Participation is not possible without accepting all these terms and conditions. All purchases mentioned here are for (FANSIGN EVENT FRANKFURT) LUN8 – AWAKENING – 3rd Mini Album from Hey!Hallyu.

Winners will be announced based on the information entered during the event application period. This information cannot be edited after the winner's list is revealed. So please be sure to enter accurate information.

1. Only the winners can participate in the event. The name on the winner’s list must match their legal name on the ID.

2. The winners will be contacted via the email address that was used for the purchase of the albums. All additional information required will be shared via email.

3. In the event that the applicant information entered by you is incorrect, please approach the staff at Hey!Hallyu via email with your details and correct the information before the purchasing period ends.

4. When ordering, please check if Name, Phone Number & E-mail Address is correct

5. For each order, only the data for one possible winner can be entered. You can buy as many albums as you like to increase your chances of winning. Each purchase equals one chance to win. Example:

1 album purchased = 1 x FANSIGN chance

3 albums purchased = 3 x FANSIGN chances

6 albums purchased = 6 x FANSIGN chances

There will be 1 out of 8 exclusive photocards for every album purchase.

6. Each person can only win up to one slot at the FANSIGN. Multiple wins per person are not possible.

7. Cancellation of orders after Sept 24th is NOT possible

FANSIGN EVENT GUIDELINES

1. Winners Winner list announcement will be on 24th September 2024 at 2pm CET via the Hey!Hallyu & K IDOL accounts on Instagram and X.

2. Verification Winners must have ready some form of identification (e.g. ID card, Passport, driver’s license). These documents must show the full name, the date of birth and an identification picture. Student IDs cannot be accepted. Please make sure that the IDs are not expired. The ID will be checked at the FANSIGN. Only original IDs are allowed. No copies.

3. Signing Signings are only available for the photo book or the front cover of LUN8 – AWAKENING – 3rd Mini Album

4. Ticket Rules Participants are only permitted to attend the SIGNING if they are listed on the winning list. If you are caught transferring this, your participation will be void.

5. Etiquette & Rules

• If you ask the artist to act unreasonably or inappropriately, the SIGNING can be cancelled for you immediately.

• If you act unreasonably or inappropriately, the SIGNING can be cancelled for you immediately.
